The source file always varies, therefore I have included two more source files as examples [Production Order (mrp.production)(1).xlsx; Production Order (mrp.production)(2).xlsx]. \nThe script should dynamically find cells in the source file and match them to cells in the template.\n\nIn the source file, look for a cell in column \"B\" containing \"FA-\" follwed by the serialnumber suffix. for example \"2604N3\". Save the suffix into a variable. \nIn the source file look for a cell in column \"C\" containing \"AIME-\" followed by the model designation. for example \"A4004\". Save the model designation into a variable.\nnow take the model variable and append it with the the serialnumber variable.\nit should look something like this: \"A4004-2604N3\".\n\nIn the source file, look for a cell containing \"All / Components / Barebone\", copy the content in the cell to it's right and paste it into cell \"C10:D10\" in the template.\nIn the source file, look for a cell containing \"All / Components / GPU\", copy the content in the cell to it's right and paste it into cell \"C20:D23\" in the template.\nIn the source file, look for a cell containing \"All / Components / RAM\", copy the content in the cell to it's right and paste it into cell \"C12:D19\" in the template.\nIn the source file, look for a cell containing \"All / Components / CPU\", copy the content in the cell to it's right and paste it into cell \"C11:D11\" in the template.\nIn the source file, look for a cell containing \"All / Components / SSD\", copy the content in the cell to it's right and paste it into cell \"C24:D25\" in the template.\nIn the source file, look for a cell containing \"All / Components / RAID\", copy the content in the cell to it's right and paste it into cell \"C27:D27\" in the template.\nSave the template as a new file, naming it after cell \"A2\" from the source file.","images":[]},{"ts":1781780187251,"type":"say","say":"api_req_started","text":"{\"apiProtocol\":\"openai\",\"tokensIn\":8827,\"tokensOut\":212,\"cacheWrites\":0,\"cacheReads\":0,\"cost\":0}"},{"ts":1781780190078,"type":"ask","ask":"tool","text":"{\"tool\":\"readFile\",\"path\":\"fill_production_order.py\",\"isOutsideWorkspace\":false,\"content\":\"/home/jeffry/Projects/Laufzettel/fill_production_order.py\",\"reason\":\"(up to 2000 lines)\"}","partial":false,"isAnswered":true},{"ts":1781780194693,"type":"say","say":"error","text":"Error reading file fill_production_order.py: ENOENT: no such file or directory, stat '/home/jeffry/Projects/Laufzettel/fill_production_order.py'"},{"ts":1781780194707,"type":"say","say":"api_req_started","text":"{\"apiProtocol\":\"openai\",\"tokensIn\":9071,\"tokensOut\":50,\"cacheWrites\":0,\"cacheReads\":0,\"cost\":0}"},{"ts":1781780196253,"type":"ask","ask":"tool","text":"{\"tool\":\"listFilesTopLevel\",\"path\":\"Laufzettel\",\"isOutsideWorkspace\":false,\"content\":\"A260520-202437.ods\\nProduction Order (mrp.production).xlsx\\nProduction Order (mrp.production)(1).xlsx\\nProduction Order (mrp.production)(2).xlsx\"}","partial":false,"isProtected":false,"isAnswered":true},{"ts":1781780230951,"type":"say","say":"api_req_started","text":"{\"apiProtocol\":\"openai\",\"tokensIn\":9322,\"tokensOut\":196,\"cacheWrites\":0,\"cacheReads\":0,\"cost\":0}"},{"ts":1781780233287,"type":"ask","ask":"command","text":"python3 - <<'PY'\nimport openpyxl, sys\nprint(\"openpyxl\", openpyxl.__version__)\ntry:\n import odfpy\n print(\"odfpy ok\")\nexcept Exception as e:\n print(\"odfpy missing\", e)\nPY","partial":false,"isProtected":false},{"ts":1781780239656,"type":"ask","ask":"command_output","text":""},{"ts":1781780239656,"type":"say","say":"command_output","text":"Traceback (most recent call last):\n File \"<stdin>\", line 1, in <module>\nModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'openpyxl'\n","partial":false},{"ts":1781780239770,"type":"say","say":"api_req_started","text":"{\"apiProtocol\":\"openai\",\"tokensIn\":9684,\"tokensOut\":47,\"cacheWrites\":0,\"cacheReads\":0,\"cost\":0}"},{"ts":1781780241028,"type":"ask","ask":"command","text":"pip install openpyxl odfpy","partial":false,"isProtected":false},{"ts":1781780243224,"type":"ask","ask":"command_output","text":""},{"ts":1781780243224,"type":"say","say":"command_output","text":"error: externally-managed-environment\n\n× This environment is externally managed\n╰─> To install Python packages system-wide, try 'pacman -S\n python-xyz', where xyz is the package you are trying to\n install.\n \n If you wish to install a non-Arch-packaged Python package,\n create a virtual environment using 'python -m venv path/to/venv'.\n Then use path/to/venv/bin/python and path/to/venv/bin/pip.\n \n If you wish to install a non-Arch packaged Python application,\n it may be easiest to use 'pipx install xyz', which will manage a\n virtual environment for you. [`fill_production_order.py`](fill_production_order.py:1) which fills the ODS template from an Odoo production-order export.\n\nWhat it does:\n- Reads the source `.xlsx` and extracts:\n - serial suffix from the cell in column B containing `FA-...` (e.g. `2605N6`)\n - model designation from the cell in column C containing `AIME-...` (e.g. `A4004`)\n - combines them into `A4004-2605N6`\n - order name from cell `A2` (used for the output filename)\n- Finds the component-category rows (`All / Components / Barebone`, `CPU`, `RAM`, `GPU`, `SSD`, `RAID`) and copies the value from the cell to their right into the corresponding merged cell ranges in the template:\n - Barebone → `C10:D10`\n - CPU → `C11:D11`\n - RAM → `C12:D19`\n - GPU → `C20:D23`\n - SSD → `C24:D25`\n - RAID → `C27:D27`\n- Saves the filled template as a new `.ods` named after cell `A2` of the source file.\n\nHow to run:\n```bash\n.venv/bin/python fill_production_order.py \"Production Order (mrp.production).xlsx\"\n```\n\nIf no source file is given, it picks the latest file matching `Production Order (mrp.production)*.xlsx`.\n\nTested against all three sample source files and verified the resulting ODS contents.","partial":false},{"ts":1781780379201,"type":"ask","ask":"completion_result","text":""},{"ts":1781780387645,"type":"ask","ask":"resume_completed_task"}]
